Can I book my hostel directly on hostelit.com?
No. hostelit.com does not offer a booking service. However, we offer links to partners that can offer such service.
Can I cancel my booking?
As far as the booking is made outside hostelit.com, the customer must read the terms and conditions of these booking websites and make contact with them directly to cancel bookings. Usually, booking platforms lets cancellation possible not more than 48 hours before check-in.
How can I Contact support?
Support is not provided on hostelit.com as it is only an informative website. As bookings are made on another website customers should contact the booking platform’s support or the establishment directly.
What does 'Price (pp)' mean ?
Price pp means price per person for each night of stay.

How can I add a New Hostel
You can add a new Hostel to
hostelit.com by adding it through our Hostel Application Form.
You will need to provide informatino about the hostel and validate your
identity.
How can I change my reviews and add facilities?
You can do so through your Control
Panel. The log in page is available here.
My Hostel is listed but I do not have a log In
If your hostel is listed at Hostelit.com, you can claim your hostel through our Claim a Hostel Form. You will need to validate your Identity through the different methods listed
How can I Sponsor my listing ?
Enjoy great visibility by upgrading
your hostel to a Sponsor Listing. You can do so by purchasing one of our plans.

How can I increase my rating and trust Rank
The trust rank is based on different analysis of your hostel. To increase your trust rank, you have 2 options: add a link on your website, or purchase a sponsor listing (refer to sponsor listing below). To add a link, You can go to your control panel and add a link on your website to hostelit.com, which in return will increase your trust rank by average 15-20%. Your link must be permanent and ratings will decrease if the link is not found by our bots which constantly visits every link.
How can I change the picture
You need to Claim your hostel first to gain access to your Control Panel.
How do I change the Automatic Articles
The articles created in the 4 languages are made with an intelligent multilingual script that produces unique content reviews of hostels based on the facilities that are included at that hostel. To change those articles, you only need to select different facilities in your settings and the new articles will be changed automatically! Its as easy as that!
