Accommodation Information
Hostelit.com provides reviews based on facilities published by the establishment. Hostelit.com’s reviews are provided as is and is not responsible for omissions or mistakes within the reviews if an establishment does not update its profile. Customer must verify facilities provided by the establishment contacting them directly or by verifying with the booking platform before it accomplishes a booking. Hostelit.com provides information from the establishment that has been published publicly on the internet.
Bookings
Hostelit.com is an information website and its objective is to provide reviews in several languages. Hostelit.com does not provide a booking service. Hostelit.com only provides publicity links to third party website that offer such services. Users must contact the corresponding support in case of cancellations. Hostelit.com is not responsible for bookings made outside its servers, i.e. through its booking providers. All reservation payments are made to its partners and customers support will be made directly through them. Hostelit.com does not provide payment platforms, neither customer support.
Accommodation Additions and Hostel claims
HostelIt.com provides tools for hostels to claim their account and has measures to verify identity of hostels. Hostelit.com will try its best to keep ownership as spam-free as possible, but is not responsible in case a hostel is claimed or inserted by a third party which is not the real owner of such accommodation. Hostelit reserves itself the right to cancel any hostel addition Request OR Hostel Claim with no refund if it finds any suspicion in the ownership of the account following complaints and investigation. In such case, the person who makes the request will be responsible for such erroneous application and the account will be suspended without refund.
Email Alerts
The user accepts to receive alert email with the email provided on file. If the user does not wish to receive anymore email, he must do so by requesting us to delete its email alert option at the bottom of any email we have sent!
